Del Mondo Offer Shipping and delivery in the next 4-10 business days after placing the order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (In progress)
We provide the cash-on-delivery service, where our courier partners have the provisions to allow such a form of collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you check out on your purchase, based on which you may or may not get a COD option.

Please keep in mind the points stated below-

  • Cash-on-Delivery order is processed upon verification by our operation team either via email or phone call.
  • The shipping pin code provided should be in the serviceable area of the above-mentioned logistic service.
  • Do not accept opening the product to see and check or to return at the time of delivery.
  • No credit card/debit card/cheque/demand draft is accepted in COD delivery, only Cash is accepted.

We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking Id. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. You may simply check the status by visiting the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive our delivery confirmation e-mail or face any issue in tracking your order, please contact us via email or phone.

In case of Exchange or Replacement of product, kindly apply from your Del Mondo account for exchange due to reasons or let us know by calling on +91 9597537575 or Email us at

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Del Mondo website, please return the product within 15 working days.

Kindly contact us via mail or mobile to start the return process.

Returns cost will be borne by us unless to the reason mentioned below.

If the Pickup agency is not able to arrange pickup to your Pincode, we request you to courier it to us via your nearest Speed Post office. 

On receiving the product back we will initiate a refund within 7 business days.

  • Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, and any other material that came along with the product.
  • Please ensure you ship the products within 15 days of purchase.
  • The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.

Your full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of us receiving the product.

In case your product fails to reach us within the time or there is some other issue, we will advise and provide you whatever best assistance our customer care is capable of.
